Intro
I was initially not excited at all to start these projects. In POE, the only stuff we had done with circuits were vague and heavily math-oriented. With Arduino, however, although the book outlines almost everything you need to do, there are so many opportunities to mess with the code and play around with its capabilities. I have actually found that I like this kit a lot, and I really like not only copying the code from book to Arduino, but understanding the different commands and what they do. If learning code is not somebody's thing, they can pretty easily copy down the code and make the circuitry to get the grades they need to pass; however, understanding the code's capabilities and different commands will make it easier to find any mistakes that were made while typing the code, as well as make the projects a whole lot more fun to play with. I know I was definitely not interested in doing any of that, but I'm glad I did.
