After the Plasti-Dip had dried, I could put on a coat of the silver spray paint. I found that one layer of the spray paint coated the armor well enough, and I was kind of going for a battle-worn look anyway, so it would work even if it wasn't completely coated. I was very pleased with how bright the paint looked, and realized I could have done a better job sanding the edges of the foam, as it created very obnoxious scratches on the surface.

The final step was adding a clear enamel coat, to help protect the armor a little better. One of the only downfalls with putting this coat on was how it dulled the bright chrome color. But, again, I was aiming for a battle-worn look, it turned out okay. Now all that was left to do was attach it to a suit.
