Before I could Plasti-Dip the armor, I had to add all of the details, indents, and smooth edges. I used a Dremel to smooth the edges and make any indents in the armor. The front chest piece is a good example of both the indents and details. I used a code drawn onto the foam that indicated whether the piece was cut out or extruded. Using this, I marked every armor piece and began to cut out extrusion pieces, as well as cut out indents in the armor pieces. After this process was over, I could finally begin painting.
